Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

Meindl Limited Warranty Statement.

Meindl guarantee consumers that, as of the date of purchase and within the scope of the legal warranty under the respectively binding national laws of the country of purchase ( 1 year from date of purchase), the merchandise is free from defects attributable to material defects or production errors. The preconditions for honouring the warranty are the proper usage and treatment of the merchandise, as well as its proper care.


Not included under the warranty are: normal wear and tear as well as the result of improper usage, wilfull damage, the lack of proper care and treatment or faulty adjustment and modification. Stager Sport accepts no warranty responsibility for any goods purchased from sources other than Stager Sport, including any parallel imported product or product purchased in another country and privately shipped to Australia or New Zealand. 


In the event of a justified claim, we shall provide our choice of either a repair or replacement. The warranty can only be honoured when proof and date of purchase and sales invoice showing the merchants name and address.
Honouring a guarantee will not prolong the original warranty period.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consumer Guarantees Act

All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are not of an "acceptable quality" (for example, if they are not fit for the purpose for which they are bought, or if they are unsafe). If a person returns goods in terms of this provision, Stager Sport is entitled to provide a refund or a replacement product within a reasonable period of time.
Our liability for any claim, damages, loss or expense related to the supply by us of goods or services is limited to the cost paid by you for the goods or services except where statute expressly requires otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you or any other person.
